What is a Tube? TOP
A Tube is a format in which pictures are saved in the Program Paint Shop Pro with no background. It makes it easier for taggers to create fun pieces with artwork. When purchasing from MyTagArt you get Images & Tubes! Here is an example.
How large are the Images/Tubes at MyTagArt? TOP
Our Images/Tubes are 500 pixels on the longest side. This makes our Images/Tubes 6.9 inches on the longest side. The largest Images/Tubes you will find at any of the major licensing companies. What format are the Images/Tubes? TOP
All Images & Tubes are either in .png or .psp format. All scrapkits are .psp format as well. All .psp formats are backwards compatable up to PSP5. If you need your packages in another format like .psd please feel free to email us at orders@mytagart.com with the order or order # attached with your request. Or you can let us know when you place the order in the special request area. Can we share any links or packages we recieve from MyTagArt with anyone? TOP
A big NO. Please do not share any packages you recieve from us to anyone. Even if they have a license with us they still have to purchase from us directly. If we are aware of anyone sharing packages their license will be terminated and we may pursue legal action if sharing persists What can we do with these Images/Tubes/Scraps? TOP
You can do pretty much anything you can think of as long as its non-commercial. Just remember to add proper copyright information. Here are some examples:
- Make some sig tags for you and your friends!
- Make some desktops for your computer or to share
- Make avatars for you and your friends
- Make layouts for sites like Myspace, Facebook, FuzzB, and more
- Create layouts for your personal websites or blogs
- and much more!
I hold a license for a MyTagArt Artist from when they were with another company. Can I use my MyTagArt license for those images? TOP
No. You must use the license number from the company you purchased those tubes/images. Your MyTagArt license number should only be placed on creations inwhich the tube/image was purchased from MyTagArt, not doing so will result your licensing being suspended or revoked. An Artist has left MyTagArt, and I had a license for that artist through MyTagArt. Can I still use those images? TOP
If you have a license for that artist from MyTagArt, you can still use those tubes/images. Your license does not expire. Please remember to follow MyTagArt TOU. I want to purchase several tubes from several different artists. Does MyTagArt offer a custom deal? TOP
MyTagArt will allow you to customize a package of 1,3,6,9 or 12 tubes/images. They do not all have to be from the same artist. It may take a little longer for your order to be processed. I would like to exchange my AMI/MPT/UYA license for a MyTagArt license. How do I do this? TOP
MyTagArt does not participate in license exchanges. Do MyTagArt licenses expire? TOP
No, MyTagArt licenses are for a lifetime. Am I allowed to share my tubes with family members? TOP
MyTagArt will allow immediate family members who are living in your household to share tubes. However, each member will need a license number. Ex: husband, wife, son, daughter, step children, ect as long as these individuals reside in your home. Sharing outside of household may result in your license being suspended or revoked. Does MyTagArt offer Promotional Deals for Group Managers? TOP
Yes. If you have an active group that has been open for atleast 2 months we will do The Match program for you. What is The Match Program? The owner of the group must have atleast one previous purchase with MyTagArt and send us a link to their group so we can join to make sure it is an active group. Once every 3 months we will match what you spent at MyTagArt in the third month with a GC for a contest at your group. MyTagArt orders can take up to 48 hrs to process. If it has been more than 48 hrs and you still have not received your order then please contact us at admin@mytagart.com Please include your order number in the subject line. I wrote to Customer Service but haven't got a reply. What do I do? TOP
Please be patient. MyTagArt prides itself on Customer Service and will get back to you asap. If it has been more than 48 hrs and your issue has not been addressed then please send us another email. Please include your license #, email address and explain your problem in as much detail as possible for a faster response.
We are not an around the clock establishment but we do have Customer Service Reps available nights and weekends. Response time shouldn't take long but can take up to 48 hrs. Please note that no inquiries go unnoticed. We respond to every email we receive. Please make sure you check your spam/bulk folders. If you do not receive a reply from us within 24 hrs then please resend your inquiry. It is possible that your inquiry did not make it to us, glitches do happen and we can not control that. Please address all copyright violations issues to admin@mytagart.com please remember to put "Copyright Violation" or "Copyright Complaint" in the subject. I've lost all my tubes due to my Computer Crashing. Is there a charge to get them sent to me again? TOP
MyTagArt does not charge a fee the first time of replacement. We reserve the right to charge for any future replacement after that depending upon the situation. If you would like a replacement CD please contact us for more information. I've received a MyTagArt Gift Certificate. How do I use it? TOP
When you go to check out you will need to enter your Gift Voucher in the appropriate box (#1) Then click on Recalculate (#2)
Now you should see the following. Your amount should have been taken off the order (#3) and then you click checkout (#4)
Is it possible to speak with someone from MyTagArt via Telephone? TOP
MyTagArt can not be contacted by telephone at the present time but this will change in the future. We will be purchasing a toll free phone number for customer service.

Yes this is possible. MyTagArt offers Custom Packages consisting of 1, 3, 6, 9 or 12 images or tubes. You can mix and match also. Click on the custom link on the front page of the store.
