Magickal beings,unusual creatures and other oddities inhabit the mind of fantasy artist Natalie VonRaven. Long time visionary, artisan and eccentric with a flair for vibrant creations, she has spent the majority of her life pursuing creative endeavors.

Contrasts & contradictions as well as the female form are the consistent themes that have fashioned her trademark style along with expressive eyes whos clandestine significance becomes apparent to each viewer. Various media, both conventional and unconventional have found their way inot her works, lending added uniquity to each piece. Imbued with fragments of the artist, each creation exists within its own elusive realm, giving us but a glimpse of the magick that lie therein.

Most commonly known for her gothic fantasy themed paintings, Natalie VonRaven AKA Magisterian is an international self-taught, self-representing artist/artisan. Though passionately creative all her life it wasn't until 2007 that shefound her niche in acrylics and began her career as an artist. Born and raised in Calgary Alberta, Natalie currently resides in High River with her husband, son and cats.
